[in progress] on the edge of madness

There are stories we only learn how to tell after we’ve lived them.
This is one of mine.
Over the past decade, I have been walking a line between destruction and divinity. I’ve touched the heat of my own becoming. I’ve vanished inside silence. I’ve screamed into God’s absence. I’ve bled, burned, birthed, and been reborn—again and again—without ceremony. This book is my attempt to give form to experience.
On the Edge of Madness is a poetic memoir and visual document. A mythic record of descent, death, and resurrection. A journey through the underworld of my own psyche, spirit, and survival.
It is not linear. It is not clean.
It is fragmented, sacred, chaotic.
It is mine.
The narrative fractures across seven thresholds:
(I) Here – the origin, the illusion of peace
(II) Edge – the moment the ground begins to crack
(III) Descent – the unraveling, the fall
(IV) The Pit – silence, madness, surrender
(V) Climb / Ascension / Revival – the clawing, the climb
(VI) Resurface / Resurrection – clarity, power, return
(VII) Forward – integration, offering, becoming
Some of these fragments have already been written—like smoke signals from the dark.
Others are still finding their voice.
This book lives at the intersection of essay, poem, prayer, and visual ritual. It is for those who’ve been undone by life and chose not only to survive, but to transmute. It is for the edgewalkers. The wild ones. The ones who burned it all down just to feel clean again.
I’m sharing this now to mark the beginning of a new phase.
The writing has begun.
The edges are still sharp.
